Video Fluoroscopy

Video Fluoroscopy (VF): an x-ray procedure utilized to view the spine in dynamic motion.

VF is a diagnostic tool allowing Dr. Batson to view the spine in real time dynamic motion. A patient moves through a series of predetermined motions in order for Dr. Batson to observe the full continuous kinematic biomechanical function and/or biomechanical dysfunctions and/or ligament instability of the cervical spine.

This procedure is performed weight bearing allowing for demonstration of postural integrity as well.
